I love this game its super fun and awesome!

My game randomly blocks me out so I cant enter the realms or anything, "ERROR Unusual Activity, Incident reported" Please fix bug ASAP. Thank you :)

This game has been pretty much abandoned by Crowdstar, with no updates, improvement or customer feedback for nearly three years. It will no longer load upon opening, but will flash an error warning saying The Internet connection was lost. Err: 117. Theres nothing wrong with your Internet connection. Sadly, this beautiful game has met its end.

I just downloaded this app and I already got two new realms but then it crashed so I got back on it and I lost everything(that means 0 pearls and coins) except for the blue mermaid!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats up with that? I would give it zero stars if I could! It even said when I first opened it " this game may crash" I thought that was a hack.............it wasnt Future readers of this, I have a message for you: DO NOT GET THIS APP

Love this app so much! The graphics and quality are very nice! The mermaids are gorgeous. The only down side is that its very hard to get the limited mermaids. I also wish theres a better way to save the data. I even had it link to my fb & Game Center, but when I upgrade my phone I couldnt retreat my old data & had to start all over. Disappointed!

I absolutely love this game but to recent every time I try to get into the game if brings up a note saying that it is not or cant connect to the internet when I have full internet connection. I have gotten so far on this game and really dont want to do this but IF YOU DONT FIX THIS GAME I WILL DELETE IT AS WELL AS MY LITTLE SISTER WHO ALSO PLAYS THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been playing this game for a long time, but after a couple years I downloaded it again and it worked fine. But, when I tried to load the game again(about a half hour later) and go to the load screen, a message pops up everytime I try to load it up and says Internet Connection Lost Error 117.

Ive unstalled and installed this game numerous times. And time and time again it still wont work. Its very disappointing cause I truly do love this game please fix the issues and fast much appreciation in advance

Cant play it most of the time because when I try to load the game it says "internet connection lost :er 117". You NEED to fix this!!

Was crashing for days but I would eventually be able to open. For the past two weeks I cannot open or play. A pop up says "no internet connection 117" but I can assure you, I have had internet with no outages. Also, after the reinstall atom, a pop up said developer had not updated since 4/2016. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. This was on my IPad but I also tried to install on my IPhone 6 and still the same message.

I normally go to play it then stops loading then say er. 117 connection lost or something like that

This is hands down one of my very favorite apps. Unfortunately, the creators decided to stop updating the app, and now I can hardly play it. Im still a loyal fan of the game. Please fix the bugs!!

Whats up? No adding new material, some thing? Anything? Was one of my favorite games! There was only brief events and then nothing. Let us know I would hate to lose what I invested, but need storage if this is the end!!

This app is so fun but I cant play it much because it requires internet(and I dont know why?) and it crashes all the time.. this app could be amazing if they would just invest some time and fix the bugs..

Ive tried opening this app for at least 20 times and the connection was loses every time I opened the app

This game is very fun, but when I make my kelp mermaid sing with another, it glitches and makes it look like a coral is there instead of kelp. Also, when I try to get into the game, it loads to a certain place and then stops and says that it lost connection, but I have Internet. Another thing, if I make my kelp sing, after shes done, it doesnt put her back it says shes singing when shes not until I exit the game and come back. Please fix these problems, thank you!

This is the only game that will not come up. It says internet connection lost.

Please update this App! You cant even open it now, it shows the connection is lost. My daughter and I play this together and have fun discovering new mermaids. Please, please, please update!!!
