This game is hopeless now. I keep seeing error 117. I remembered I lost all my data because I did Facebook. When I download it again, I keep on trying then I got it all back. But then, I wanted mermaid world stories. These two apps were gone. Then when I went to mermaid world, it showed error 117.

When the iPhone 7 came out n apple wanted me to update iPad I didn't do it at first. Once I did that the mermaid world game stopped working. I hate to delete it because I had all the realms purchased but it's taking up valuable memory for a game that won't load. And crowdstar hasn't updated the game in several years. So I'm done.

I down load this some time back and wasn't able to play because I keep getting an error 117 message.i uninstall it hoping the problem would be resolved. I install it again and I am still getting the error message 117.I notice that on the feed back page no one from the developer of the game respond to anyone concern pertaining to this game.Quite disappointed that I am not able play this game.This game doesn't even deserve one star even!!

I played this game and 2013 and I decided to play again in 2016 and noticed theyre were no limited editions??

Why is it that I have to wait 30 hours for a mermaid that I already have and also waste 390 coins to call I over? Also. Whenever I click the Facebook thing it takes me to minecraft??? Not Facebook. Fix this please

I love this game❤️But whenever I want to login to my facebook, it directs me to my Minecraft PE or Xbox app. Please fix!!

It seems both mermaid world games have been abandoned by crowd star inc. No more limited edition mermaids and I finally had some spare money. I hope they are just making a new version this was one of my fav games.

I love the game but it needs more updates, like new mermaids and limited editions ones, also it would be awesome if the kept the zodiac mermaids! Awesome game but needs more updates!!!!

I had one of the RAREST mermaids but i had to uninstall it because i had less space on my device, so now that i have more space i reinstalled it and i had to FRICKING start over. Whats up with that man? Im so mad right now. I remember on the old one i saved it on facebook so for the new one i had hope that i would recover my old acct but NO. Never playing this game again.

Sometimes the game selects mermaids I didnt choose to sing and it crashes most of the times and glitches when I collect coins also it reproduces the same mermaid over and over please fix the app

THIS IS THE BEST GAME ON THE APP STORE! Theres just a couple of new things I would like you to add like: - Boy mermen - dating ability - dressing up the mermaids -mermaid children - PETS -more mermaids - more realms - more than 2 mermaids can sing at a time

I would really like it if you would please fix the bug in both mermaid apps it keeps glitching and crashing and it says I have no internet when I do and I just got faster internet so if you would just please fix the bug I would really appreciate it

My family loved this game. However, it looks like it has been abandoned. Im always getting "internet connection lost. Er:117". Its now been over 2 weeks. :(

Ive played this app game for quite a while and really enjoy it. Starting today, every time I try to open the app I receive a connection error notification. The game will not go past the load screen with the load progress bar never filling, then after a minute I get the connection error notification. Prior to this issue, the very last time I was playing this game, a notification popped up saying that my game was out of sync with the server and to avoid save progress loss I should close and reload my app. After pressing OK on that notification window the app just closed (crashed) on its own. That was the last time I was able to open (get past the load screen) of the app.
