Loved game until Ripped off

Loved the game, played for over a year...had many mermaids, even spent quite a bit of money on this game. However I emailed support more than once as the last couple times I bought things in the game, I was not given what I was supposed to get with my money. They rectified the issue the first time by giving me what I was supposed to receive and then the second time I emailed two or three times and got no response or correction because again I did not receive the total of what I paid for. I also lost pearls from the game because of glitches; I was able to accumulate more pearls as I bought the oyster which gives three pearls at a time. As a result of losing things or not getting things I should have it turned me off the game completely and I deleted the game and would never spend any money on it again. On top of that there were always glitches and bugs with this game. You would also have to sometimes wait forever for the game to load (if it would load) and thats your data usage.
